- One large avocado
- 1 can of albacore tuna in water
- Half a cup of shredded carrots
- Half cup of 0% non fat yogurt
- Half of one large lemon
- Tsp of pepper
- Tsp of cayenne pepper

Cut avocado in half.
Squeeze lemon juice on the meat of the avocado (helps keep the avocado green).
Next put tuna, yogurt, shredded carrots, pepper, cayenne and some lemon juice in a bowl.
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
Fill the avocados with the tuna salad mixture.
