Orange Chicken Stir Fry with Brown Rice


  • 1 package of organic chicken tenders
  • 1 package of already prepared stir fry vegetables bag (This can be found in most grocery stores in the produce section.)
  • 1 glove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of grape seed oil
  • 1 tsp sesame tahini oil
  • 1 tbsp Bragg’s amino acids
  • 1 cup of brown rice
  • 2.5 cups of water (2 cups for the rice and the half cup for the stir fry)
  • Chili sauce (optional)

Brown Rice in the rice cooker:

2 cups of water

1 cup of rice

Push the brown rice button

Stir Fry:

Put grape seed oil, sesame oil, and amino acid in the sauté pan

On medium heat add in stir fry vegetables and garlic

After sautéed, place vegetables in a bowl

Next add some more oil and put the chicken in the pan

Sear on both sides

Take each piece of chicken on a cutting board and cut into small pieces

Place back in the pan and cook until done

Add in vegetables and a half cup of water

Let it all simmer for 10 minutes for the vegetables to soften up

Place cooked rice on button of the plate and then top it off with the chicken stir fry

Add Chili sauce for extra spice (optional)
